The ground floor of La casa di Montalbano is a holiday home, in the same building as the B&B La casa di Montalbano (located on the upper floor) but with a separate entrance and direct access to the beach.
It is rented out in its entirety.
The house is largely furnished with family furniture that tells the story of the house.
It has a double bedroom with a small en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom, 1 large bathroom in the living room with a double shower without a cubicle (also useful for the disabled) and a third but smaller bathroom which serves as a laundry room; a kitchen equipped with everything necessary (electric oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board); a living room with a double sofa bed, digital TV and an equipped veranda overlooking the beach. There are 2 air-conditioners: one located in the small hallway opening onto the two bedrooms and the kitchen and the second in the living room.
Breakfast is not included, but there are bars/cafes in the small square in front of the house where you can have it or take away with trays lent by the bars, allowing you to have it on your private terrace by the sea.
The price includes bed linen, towels and crockery.
On the beach in front of the house you can rent deckchairs and parasols.
The price does not include tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights, payable locally in cash.
Children under the age of 14 and those undergoing certain therapies or caring for patients in municipal facilities are exempt.
Check-in time: free after 3 p.m.
Check-out time: by 10.00 a.m.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Bed linen, towels and crockery are included.

Confirmation:
A deposit equal to the first night is required, by bank transfer (only from EU countries) or by credit card, following the Virtual Pos procedure (Visa and Mastercard)
The balance can be paid on site by pos (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash.
Customer cancellation:
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following penalties shall apply:
- up to 10 days before the start of the booked stay - no cancellation fee
- after that date, the deposit paid will be retained
For undated bookings, the above conditions will still be taken into account
Any reimbursement will be made in the same way as the down payment was received minus bank charges
N.B.: Public holidays will also be taken into account when counting days.
In the event of reimbursement, bank charges will be charged.
EARLY DEPARTURE:
- the entire amount of the stay will be withheld
