Confirmation policy: 

A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required. The payment can be made by bank transfer (if you come from area Sepa) or credit card (Via or Mastercard), with our Virtual Pos.

The balance can be paid locally via pos (Via or Mastercard) or cash.

 

Customer cancellation:

In case of waiver by the customer, not attributable to governmental or regional restrictions, the following penalties will be applied:

– up to 10 days before the start of the booked stay – no penalty

– after that date the deposit paid will be withheld

For bookings under date, the aforementioned conditions will still be taken into account

Any reimbursement will take place in the same way in which the deposit was received, net of bank or paypal charges.

 EARLY DEPARTURE:

– the full amount of the stay will be retained
